Revoking a Notice Acquiring Land in Connection With a Road in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice dated the 15th day of October 1996, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 October 1996, No. 150, page 3998, declaring land in the Tauranga District to be acquired in connection with a road.

Land Acquired for Recreation Reserves in Waikato District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for recreation reserves, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
