We, Peter Leslie Shaw and Philip Wayne Paterson, chartered accountants of Hamilton, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of Hamilton Carriers Limited, by special resolution of the shareholders on the 9th day of October 1996.

A meeting of creditors will be held at the Red Cross Hall, 87 London Street, Hamilton on the 1st day of November 1996, commencing at 10.00 a.m.

The business to be transacted at the meeting is:

(a) To consider and vote on the following resolution:

That no other person be appointed as liquidator in place of the liquidators appointed under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993;

(b) To convey the views of creditors to the liquidators.
