Notice is given that as liquidators of Tauranga Carriers Limited (in liquidation), we fix the 11th day of November 1996, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

We, Peter Leslie Shaw and Philip Wayne Paterson, chartered accountants of Hamilton, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of Wellington Carriers Limited, by special resolution of the shareholders on the 9th day of October 1996.

A meeting of creditors will be held at the Red Cross Hall, 87 London Street, Hamilton on the 1st day of November 1996, commencing at 10.50 a.m.

The business to be transacted at the meeting is:
