Take notice that I, Geoffrey Mark Dangerfield, Acting
Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the
Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of
Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her
Majesty the Queen in an agreement of lease dated
5 December 1988 between The Doughty Pratt Group
Limited, as lessor and Associated Sharebrokers Limited, as
lessee, in respect of the premises situated at 128–134 The
Terrace, Wellington, and known as Natwest House,
comprising the whole of the first floor of the said building,
being 386 square metres, and more particularly described in
clause 3.1 of the said agreement of lease.

And I certify that the vesting of the said lease did not come
to my notice until the 17th day of July 1996.
