Notice of Disclaimer under Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Harbour Developments Limited:

Take notice that I, Geoffrey Mark Dangerfield, acting Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in the following:

(a) Firstly, an option to purchase certain land ("the option"), formerly held by Harbour Developments Limited, a dissolved company formerly having its registered office at Papatoetoe, contained in an agreement for sale and purchase dated the 24th day of August 1987, between the former company and Zita Phoebe Cameron of Tegal Road, Drury, the land being more particularly described as an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing one thousand and sixty five square metres (1065 m²), more or less, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan S. 6530 and being part Section 10, Village of Tairua, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 1762/24, Auckland Land Registry ("the land"); and

(b) Secondly, caveat No. H. 762273, by Harbour Developments Limited over the land, securing the option.

And I certify that the vesting of the said option and caveat did not come to my notice until the 30th day of September 1996.
