Pursuant to section 39 (2A) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Ministry of Fisheries hereby gives notice that it has delivered to the Minister of Fisheries its annual report for the year ended 30 June 1996, containing its financial statements, audit report and statements of service performance and has, with the consent of the Minister of Fisheries, published the annual report.
