Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Joseph’s School, Feilding.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 7th day of October 1996. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 116 Victoria Avenue, Wangaui.

Pursuant to section 32A of the Public Finance Act 1989, and as listed in the Fourth Schedule to the 1994-95 Appropriation (Main Estimates) Act, the Ministry for the Environment gives notice that it has delivered to the Minister for the Environment its Non Departmental Output Class Report for the year ending 30 June 1996, containing its statement of service performance for non departmental output class appropriations for the period and has, with the consent of the Minister for the Environment, published the 1995-96 Non Departmental Output Class Report.
