Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 292 of the Companies Act 1955

I, Warren Crawford Young, liquidator of Scintilla Holdings Limited, whose registered office is the office of Warren C. Young, Chartered Accountant, Fourth Floor, Wool House, 10 Brandon Street, Wellington, hereby gives notice that pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be delivered to the Registrar, no later than the 7th day of November 1996.

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton proposes to restore the following company to the Register of Companies:
