(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waiotu District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(i) Areas "A", "B" and "C" on S.O. Plan 60034, now known as Sections 1, 2 and 3, S.O. 60034 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2A/1364, subject to lease S.261894, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area "G", now known as Section 4, S.O. 60034, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 52B/103, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 149970.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Area "U", now known as Section 1, S.O. 60037, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20C/1316, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) Areas "T" and "V" on S.O. Plan 60039, now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 60039 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 29C/819, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 308155.3, South Auckland Land Registry.

(v) Area "P", now known as Section 3, S.O. 60039, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 44A/337, South Auckland Land Registry.

(vi) Area "H" on S.O. Plan 60040, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60040, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 672, folio 264, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 233976, South Auckland Land Registry.

Road Realignment in Waipa District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waipa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that:

(i) Area "J", now known as Section 4, S.O. Plan 53376, and the land taken described in the Third Schedule hereto, now known as Section 3, S.O. 53376, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 206, folio 84, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 007343.3 and H. 403257.7, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area "K", now known as Section 5, S.O. 53376, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 183, folio 230, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 007343.3 and H. 403257.7, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Area "L", now known as Section 6, S.O. 53376, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 265, folio 23, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 007343.3 and H. 403257.7, South Auckland Land Registry.
