Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

A Right of Way Easement in Gross Acquired in Whakatane District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement in gross in perpetuity described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for microwave station purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said easement shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Stopped in Waikato District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) Area “R”, now known as Section 20, S.O. 59700, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 678, folio 247, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 316046.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “P”, now known as Section 18, S.O. 59700, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 833, folio 126, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Area “Q”, now known as Section 19, S.O. 59700, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 833, folio 113, South Auckland Land Registry.
