Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Whangarei District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Whangarei District Council, and

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.

Road Stopping Situated in Town of Mataura

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Property Officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information, Invercargill, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to section 117, declares that the road firstly described in the Schedule when stopped shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 11B/870, subject to all existing encumbrances.

And that the land secondly described in the Schedule when stopped, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 6C/374, subject to all existing encumbrances.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 18th day of September 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 26th day of September 1996, No. 130 at page 3216, by substituting “S.O. Plan 15927” for “S.O. Plan 19527”.
