Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, East Coast Conservancy, hereby classifies the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve.

Schedule

Gisborne Land District—Gisborne District

Firstly, 9.2786 hectares, more or less, being Sections 16 and 17, Block VII, Turanganui Survey District. All certificate of title 5C/759.

Secondly, 1.666 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 7092. All certificate of title 4D/1353.

Thirdly, 1.5459 hectares, more or less, being Lot 19, D.P. 2895. All certificate of title 3C/1460.

Fourthly, 3.8837 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 8491, Lot 22 and part Lots 20 and 21, D.P. 2895. All certificate of title 5D/682.

Fifthly, 2.8277 hectares, more or less, being Lots 23 and 24, D.P. 2895. All certificate of title 2A/391.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How the Proceeds of Sale May be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Tauranga District Council by way of amalgamation into the title of the adjoining property, at such price or other consideration and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, subject to the net proceeds of sale being paid into the said council's reserves account, with such moneys to be applied towards the improvement to or purchase of other land for public reserve.

18 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. S. 72489 (formerly part Lot 5, D.P. S. 753), situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District. Part certificate of title C.T. 25A/1201.

Land Acquired for Road—Havelock Road, Hastings District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Crown Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in the Hastings District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
