Board of Trustees Election

Pursuant to section 101 of the Education Act 1989, notice is given that the first election was held on the 16th day of September 1996, for the board of trustees of the following school:

Kamo Christian School, Whangarei.

The proprietors of the said school are entering into an integration agreement with the Minister of Education, pursuant to the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975. The first meeting of the board of trustees will be held on the 30th day of September 1996.

Cancellation Notice

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 5 July 1996, which was granted to Lynette Corner in respect of:

Silverdale Playcentre, Silverdale Road, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Woodstock Playcentre, Woodstock Road, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to regulation 14 (c) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 October 1994, which was granted under those regulations to J. Richardson, in respect of:

Woodbourne Family Centre and Creche, situated at Caldwell Road, Woodbourne Air Base, Blenheim.

This notice shall take effect from 27 September 1996.

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 January 1996, which was granted under those regulations to Mrs Raywyn Ramage, in respect of:

Pro-Active Early Learning Centre, situated at 25 Peterborough Street, Christchurch.

The centre has moved premises.

Lorna’s Childcare Centre, situated at 25 West Belt, Lincoln, Canterbury.
