Declaring Land to be Road, Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated and Land Severed and Amalgamated in South Wairarapa District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The South Wairarapa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares:

(i) the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title 38B/430.

(ii) the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title 38B/431.

(iii) the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title 21A/489.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be severance and amalgamated with certificate of title 38B/431.

Land Acquired for Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 2) Tararua District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
