Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The Auckland City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Easement Acquired, District of Kapiti Coast

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares that, an easement of right of way is hereby acquired over the land described in the First Schedule hereto as an easement forever appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Third Schedule hereto and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

A right of way easement over and along the land described in the First Schedule hereto together with the rights set out in clause 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 subject to the following conditions:

(i) The Crown by and through the Department of Conservation only shall have the right to pass and repass with departmental vehicles carrying identifiable logos such right to pass and repass for all other parties shall be on foot only.

(ii) The Crown shall erect and maintain on the right of way where it joins legal road a suitable notice that the access is by foot only.
