Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (accessway) reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.

93 square metres, more or less, being Lot 41, D.P. S. 4583, situated in Block II, Tauhara Survey District, as shown marked “A” on S.O. 60211, part C.T. 742/156.
