Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road diversion and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hastings 1996, No. 2.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
