Corrigendum
Declaring Land Taken for Better Utilisation in the City of Christchurch

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 17th day of July 1973 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 2nd day of August 1973, No. 72 at page 1458, by inserting in the fourth line after “taken” the words “with the secondly described land being subject to the easements contained in Transfers 42371 and 498362”.
