Amalgamation of Companies

It is our intention that as from 1 April 1996, the above 2 companies will be amalgamated and from that date will trade under the name of Burnside Investment Limited only.

The directors, secretary and shareholders remain the same and there is no alteration to the shares, etc.

Both companies are trading satisfactorily and are in a position to pay all debts and charges.

The proposal has been lodged with the Companies Office of the Ministry of Commerce and the Inland Revenue Department has been notified.
