Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of Classic Fashions Holdings Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at care of the liquidators, Ernst & Young, National Mutual Centre, 37-41 Shortland Street, Auckland, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in subsection 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.
