I, The Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby authorise you,

Neville Hugo Sale Judd

to publicly read, pursuant to section 18 (3) (b) of the Constitution Act 1986, a Proclamation dissolving the Parliament of New Zealand dated Friday, the 6th day of September 1996.
