Local Government Act 1974

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks III and IV, Hohonu Survey District, Grey District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Grey District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

First Schedule

Westland Land District

21.6000 hectares, more or less, being unformed legal road, adjoining Midland Railway, Crown land, legal road, part Lot 2, D.P. 426, part Reserve 193 and part Rural Section 2075, situated in Blocks III and IV, Hohonu Survey District; shown as areas "A", "B", "C", "D", "E", "F", "G" and "H" on S.O. Plan 12313, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hokitika.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road in Hauraki District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Hauraki District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

South Auckland Land District

523 square metres, situated in Block XII, Ohinemuri Survey District, being part Ohinemuri No. 4 Block; as shown marked "A" on S.O. Plan 60449, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped and Vested—Verranls Road, Opotiki District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Crown Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Napier:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and shall vest in The Opotiki District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) the road described in the Second Schedule (now known as Allotment 615, Waiotahi Parish) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1D/1025, subject to mortgage 182102.4.

Both situate in Blocks I and II, Opotiki Survey District.

Second Schedule

(Road to be Stopped and Vested)

S.O. 7738 is held in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Gisborne.

Land Acquired for Limited Access Road, South Road (State Highway No. 3) at Omata, New Plymouth

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Minister of Lands declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is acquired for a limited access road, which has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
