Pursuant to section 4 (4) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.

Notice

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Waiheke Rural Fire District Revocation Notice 1950.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1996.

Abolition of rural fire district—The Waiheke Rural Fire District Revocation Notice 1950* is hereby revoked.

Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands, hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.
