Dissolution of Board of Trustees and Appointment of Commissioner
Pursuant to section 106 (1) (aa) of the Education Act 1989, for the reason that so many casual vacancies have arisen that there is no longer any member of the board who is eligible to preside at meetings of the board, I hereby dissolve the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Huiarau (1748) Board of Trustees and appoint William Mikaere as Commissioner to act in its place.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Middleton Grange School, Christchurch.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 29th day of August 1996. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 123 Victoria Avenue, Christchurch.

Pursuant to section 48 (1) (a) of the Medicines Act 1981, I, Maurice Donald Williamson, Associate Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby prohibit the prescribing of benzodiazepine and its derivatives, and fenfluramine hydrochloride by
Satish Chandra, medical practitioner of Auckland.
