Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance Corporation

Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance Act 1992

Consultation on ACC Employment Premiums

ACC must consult with premium payers before recommending to the Minister for Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance the making of regulations prescribing premium rates.

ACC intends to recommend to the Minister that changes be made to the Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance (Employment Premium) Regulations.

Under section 167A of the Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance Act 1992, premium payers are invited to make written submissions on the proposed regulations.

Copies of the draft regulations are included in the discussion paper which explains the corporation’s proposal. This discussion paper is available from ACC, P.O. Box 242, Wellington or telephone Joanne Allan on (04) 496 1265.

Submissions close on Friday, 11 October 1996.

to be deputy chairperson of Te Reo Whakapuaki Irirangi for the period commencing the 19th day of August 1996 and expiring with the close of the 18th day of August 1999.
