Road Realignment (Harts/Turitea Road) in the City of Palmerston North

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member L & P, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Palmerston North City Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8D/191, subject to the water conveyance rights granted by Transfer 852228.1.

Amending a Notice Realigning Road (Tennant Drive) in the City of Palmerston North

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member L & P, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated on the 14th day of September 1995, realigning Tennant Drive, Palmerston North, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 September 1995, No. 103 at page 3317 by:

1. Deleting from the First Schedule of the notice the area thirdly described, referring to the area marked “C” on S.O. Plan 37319, and

2. Adding to the First Schedule of the notice the following areas:

Land Acquired for a Scenic Reserve – Siberia Scenic Reserve, Wellington Land District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is acquired for a scenic reserve and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Vested – Avery Road, Hastings District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road, and shall vest in The Hastings District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped, and further declares:

(i) Areas 1–4 inclusive (now known as Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4, S.O. 10629 respectively), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title B4/1064.
