Stopping of Road (Coast Road) in the District of Tararua

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member L & P, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in The Tararua District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 47D/19, subject to the water rights created by transfer 79036.

(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 47D/21.
