Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

The effect of this notice is to terminate the Business Development Programme Schemes. The last day on which applications and letters of intent may be lodged under those schemes is 13 September 1995. Applications and letters of intent lodged on or before 13 September 1995, will be dealt with in accordance with the presently existing Business Development Programme Schemes.

Existing grants shall continue to have the rights and obligations that applied before 13 September 1995.

It is intended that a refocussed Business Development Programme will be put in place before the end of November 1995.

Education

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under the authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated 4 November 1991, which was granted under those regulations to Frances Higham in respect of Taharora Te Kohanga Reo, Main Road, Waipiro Bay.

The centre has voluntarily closed as from the 20 January 1994.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that an integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Southcity Christian School, Hamilton.

The said integration agreement was executed on the 11th day of September 1995. A copy of the integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.
