Radiocommunications Act 1989
Statement of Government Policy and Directions to Secretary of Commerce
To: The Secretary of Commerce.
Pursuant to section 112 of the Radiocommunications Act 1989 ("the Act"), and pursuant to the policies of the Government communicated to you by me in the Statement of Government Policies and Directions to the Secretary of Commerce, dated 5 August 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 August 1994 at page 2527, I hereby amend my directions to you set out in that notice by revoking paragraph 2(b) of those directions and substituting the following paragraph:
(b) The implementation of new television broadcasting services, the primary objective of which is the promotion of Maori language and culture, where transmissions of such services are licensed for no more than 3 months, provided that such licences may be renewed for subsequent periods not exceeding 3 months, where the initial licence expired at least 6 months previously;

a temporary Judge of the High Court for a term of 12 months commencing on the 1st day of September 1995.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
John McGlashan College, Dunedin.
The said supplementary agreement was executed on the 21st day of August 1995. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, John Wickliffe House, Princess Street, Dunedin.
