Purvis Distributors Limited (in receivership)

Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Richard Dale Agnew and Kevin James Beardsley, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers and managers of Purvis Distributors Limited ("the company") on the 23rd day of August 1995, under the terms of a debenture dated the 26th day of August 1992, giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company. The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

The receivers and managers office address is Coopers & Lybrand, Level Twenty-nine, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 23—29 Albert Street, Auckland.

The receivers and managers postal address is Coopers & Lybrand, P.O. Box 48, Auckland.
