Roderick Thomas McKenzie, with reference to 9 Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of August 1995, at the request of S. A. M. Sharp appointed Roderick Thomas McKenzie, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, whose office is at the Eighth Floor, National Mutual Building, 7–21 Fizherbert Avenue, Palmerston North, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 3rd day of September 1991.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s chattels, fixtures, fittings and goodwill.
