I, Michael Ludbrook, of Green Road, Awhauiti, being a Director of Electro Power Limited, solemnly and sincerely declare that having made all reasonable enquiry, to the best of my knowledge, the information attached to this declaration is a true copy of information made available to the public pursuant to the Electricity (Information Disclosure) Regulations 1994.
