2440 NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 85

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land in Hamilton City for Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the declaration dated the 15th day of May 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 May 1995, No. 47, page 1217, acquiring land in Hamilton City for road by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following:

Road Realignment in Waitomo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waitomo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that:

(i) Areas “B” to “H”, inclusive, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 59737, and “I”, “Q”, “R” and “T”, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 59738, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 30D/807, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “U”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 59738, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 807, folio 213, South Auckland Land Registry.

Land Acquired for Road (State Highway No. 2) and for Local Purpose (Segregation) Reserve in Hauraki District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a local purpose (segregation) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares that the land in both Schedules shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
