Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Kerikeri River Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Kerikeri River Scenic Reserve.

North Auckland Land District—Far North District

1078 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 165389, situated in Block XI, Kerikeri Survey District. All certificate of title 99D/542.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of Reservation

Pursuant to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Regional Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice cancelling the vesting and revoking the reservation of a local purpose reserve, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1 June 1995, No. 53, page 1364.

In the notice headed Maori Land Development Notice, Gisborne 1995, No. 1, published in the New Zealand Gazette dated 2 February 1995, No. 8, page 327, all reference to the land described as Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 20329, situated in Block I, Clyde Survey District. Formerly part certificate of title C1/1279, now all certificate of title M1/516, should be deleted.

Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that the said stopped road, now known as Section 6, S.O. 56500, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 1033, folio 297, subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 484975 and H. 075637, South Auckland Land Registry.

120 square metres, being part Whareorea Block; as shown marked “N” on S.O. Plan 56500, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Land in Waitomo District Acquired for Limited Access Road

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road, which becomes road, limited access road, and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
