Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1995, No. 7.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that:

(i) Area “K”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59985, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2B/9, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas “L” and “Z”, now known together as Section 4, S.O. 59985, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 42A/260, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Area “M”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 59985, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 634, folio 245, South Auckland Land Registry.
