Land Taken in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares the land described in the First, Second and Third Schedules to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:

(i) The area described in the First Schedule hereto shall be vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in New Zealand Gazette.

(ii) The areas described in the Second Schedule hereto shall remain vested in the Crown.

(iii) The area described in the Third Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 6D/1013.
