Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986

Notification of Theoretical Questions for Driver Licence Tests

Pursuant to section 48 (1A) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986, I, Alan Woodside, Acting Director of Land Transport Safety, hereby prescribe the questions contained within the publications listed in the Schedule hereto as the theoretical examinations to be undergone by applicants for the classes of licence specified under Part I of the Second Schedule of the Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulations 1987:

Schedule

The Licence Guide - for classes F, G, H, I, J, L published by GP Publications Limited 1990, as amended July 1995;

This notice takes effect from 3 August 1995.

Copies of the publications are available from most booksellers. For further details contact the Education and Information section of the Land Transport Safety Authority, P.O. Box 27-459, Wellington.

Previous editions will cease to be authorised for the purposes of the Transport (Driver Licensing Regulations 1987) from the 3 November 1995.

Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955

Take notice that I, Murray James Horn, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in all property of Sapphire Developments Limited (a company struck off the Register and dissolved by notice in New Zealand Gazette, No. 4, dated 18 January 1989 at page 124).

And I certify that the vesting of the said property did not come to my notice until the 10th day of July 1995.

Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is held for conservation purposes and it shall thereafter be so held.

4.4506 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 24218, Block IV, Mid Wakatipu Survey District.
