Amending a Notice Realigning Road (Pahiatua Track) in the City of Palmerston North

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated 29 May 1995, realigning part of the Pahiatua Track, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1 June 1995, No. 53 at page 1369 by:

(a) Amending the reference “The Palmerston North District Council” in clause (a) to “The Palmerston North City Council”

(b) Deleting clause (b) (i) and substituting it with the following:
“(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 17A/18, together with the right of way created by transfer 152740.5 and subject to statutory land charge No. 107936.1 and memoranda of mortgage 134246.1 and 412537.2.

(c) Amending the reference “Sixth Schedule” in clause (ii) to “Seventh Schedule”.

(d) Deleting the area secondly described in the Third Schedule and replacing it with the following:
“1334 Part Sections 290 and 301, Town of Fitzherbert; marked ‘O’ on S.O. Plan 31557.

(e) Deleting the Fourth Schedule and replacing it with the following:
