Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988
Initiation of Dumping Investigation: G-Clamps From the United Kingdom
Notice is hereby given that, acting pursuant to section 10 (1) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, and under delegated authority from the Secretary of Commerce, I have initiated an investigation to determine both the existence and effect of the alleged dumping of the goods described and from the country of origin specified in the Schedule to this notice, being satisfied that sufficient evidence has been provided that:
(a) The goods imported or intended to be imported into New Zealand are being dumped; and
(b) By reason thereof material injury to an industry has been or is being caused,
and also being satisfied that the collective output of those New Zealand producers who have, in writing, expressed support for the application constitutes—
(c) Twenty-five percent or more of the total New Zealand production of like goods produced for domestic consumption (assessed during the most recent representative period, being not less than 6 months); and
(d) More than 50 percent of the total production of like goods produced for domestic consumption (as so assessed) by those New Zealand producers who have, in writing, expressed support for or opposition to the application.

Change of Name for Manukau Polytechnic
Pursuant to section 162 (5) of the Education Act 1989, and following a recommendation of the Council of Manukau Polytechnic for a change of name, I hereby change the name of that institution from “Manukau Polytechnic” to
“Manukau Institute of Technology”.
This notice shall come into force the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Sacred Heart School, Petone.
The said supplementary agreement was executed on the 26th day of June 1995. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.
