Western Softball Promotions Incorporated
Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Whereas Western Softball Promotions Incorporated was dissolved, pursuant to section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, on 31 August 1990; and

Whereas after payment of all known costs, debts and liabilities, Western Softball Promotions Incorporated has surplus assets which cannot be disposed of in accordance with its rules; and

Whereas, pursuant to section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, the Registrar has power to direct the disposal of such assets and to give further directions:

I, Ian Alexander Ramsay, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby direct that the assets of Western Softball Promotions Incorporated be vested in Auckland United Softball Club Incorporated.

Exemption From Requirement for Import Health Permit (No. AG17)

Pursuant to section 24 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I hereby give notice that, subject to the condition below, I exempt from the requirement to have an import health permit seed imported for sowing.

This exemption is subject to the condition that it shall only apply to consignments of seed for sowing that comply with the conditions for import specified in the relevant import health standard for seed for sowing that is for the time being issued under section 22 of the Biosecurity Act 1993; and for the avoidance of doubt, this exemption shall not apply where such import health standard requires that an import health permit be held.

This exemption is subject to the condition that it shall only apply to consignments of animal products for further processing that comply with the conditions for import specified in the relevant import health standard for animal products for further processing that is for the time being issued under section 22 of the Biosecurity Act 1993; and for the avoidance of doubt, this exemption shall not apply where such import health standard requires that an import health permit be held.
