Revoking a Notice Acquiring land for Road—Corner St Aubyn Street West and Market Street, Hastings District

Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby revokes the notice dated 12 April 1995, acquiring land for road under the heading “Land Acquired for Road—Corner St Aubyn Street West and Market Street, Hastings District”, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 20 April 1995, No. 36, page 1005.

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares the land described in the Schedule to be road and shall vest in The Hastings District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares the land described in the Schedule to be road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment (Pahiatua Track) in the City of Palmerston North

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Palmerston North City Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 46C/220, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 318285.3.

(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 46C/216, together with the right of way created by transfer 481559.

(iii) The areas described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20D/541, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 383893.2.

(c) Declares the land described on the Fifth and Sixth Schedules to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 46C/216, together with to the right of way created by transfer 481559.

(ii) The areas described in the Sixth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 46C/220, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 318285.3.
