Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for buildings of the General Government.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for water utility purposes and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Acquiring an Easement in Gross Over Land in Whangarei District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right to convey water over the land described in the Schedule, containing the rights and powers contained in the second and fifth paragraphs of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, as modified by the additional terms and conditions described in the addendum attached hereto is acquired for irrigation purposes in perpetuity and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Setting Land Apart for Scenic Reserve at Pairawahipi—Ruapehu District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of March 1995, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 30th day of March 1995, No. 28, page 853, under the heading “Land Set Apart for Scenic Reserve at Pairawahipi—Ruapehu District”, by deleting the words “held for conservation purposes” in the first recital.
