Gas Association of New Zealand Incorporated
The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 10th day of April 1995, the Gas Association of New Zealand Incorporated, was granted full recognition as an Industry Training Organisation for the gas distribution, reticulation, sales, repair and maintenance industry. It will set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the following areas:
Gas Engineering, Pipeline Mechanical Inspection, Gas Metering, Governor Fitting, Gas Measuring, Appliance Servicing, Mains and Service Laying, Leakage Surveying and Specialist Meter Reading.

Notice of Approval of Geoffrey James Crichton Clark to Act as Statutory Supervisor
Pursuant to the Securities Act 1978, the Securities Commission hereby approves Geoffrey James Crichton Clark of Christchurch, chartered accountant, to act as a statutory supervisor, for the purposes of the Securities Act 1978, in respect of participatory securities in the form of units associated with the Westgate Lifestyle Village Limited (“the issuer”) on the following terms and conditions:
(a) That the approval shall expire 5 years from the date of this notice;
(b) That Geoffrey James Crichton Clark does not, while holding office as a statutory supervisor, hold any appointment (including an appointment as auditor) with the issuer or any director of the issuer;
(c) That Geoffrey James Crichton Clark is not, while holding office as a statutory supervisor, an employee of the issuer or a director of the issuer;
(d) That Geoffrey James Crichton Clark does not, while holding office as a statutory supervisor, control or have any right to control directly or indirectly the management or affairs of the issuer or any director of the issuer;
(e) That while Geoffrey James Crichton Clark holds office as a statutory supervisor, no relationship exists between him and the issuer or any director of the issuer that affects or is likely to affect adversely the exercise of his functions and powers as a statutory supervisor; and
(f) That while Geoffrey James Crichton Clark holds office as a statutory supervisor, he maintains professional indemnity insurance in respect of the exercise of his functions and powers as statutory supervisor which he regards as adequate on the basis of independent expert advice.

Transit New Zealand Act 1989
Revoking Section of State Highway and Declaring New Section of State Highway—State Highway No. 6 at Brightwater
Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of State highway described in the First Schedule hereto, is revoked and the section of State highway described in the Second Schedule hereto, is declared to be State highway within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.
First Schedule
That section of State Highway No. 6 commencing at its junction with Lord Rutherford Road North, (at RP 131/6.99) Brightwater proceeding in a south-westerly direction along Lord Rutherford Road South, then in a north-westerly direction along Telenius Road to State Highway No. 6 at its junction with Arnold Lane (at RP 131/8.58).
Second Schedule
That section of State Highway No. 6 commencing at its junction with Lord Rutherford Road North (at RP 131/6.99) Brightwater proceeding in a south-westerly direction along the Brightwater Bypass Stage 2 to its junction with Telenius Road (at RP 131/8.58).
