Members of the Dental Council of New Zealand appointed

Pursuant to section 71 (g) of the Dental Act 1988, I hereby appoint

to be a member of the Dental Council of New Zealand for a 3-year term of office commencing 12 June 1995.

Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977

Permission to Conduct Within New Zealand a Lottery Conducted Outside New Zealand

Pursuant to section 69 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977, I, Warren Cooper, Minister of Internal Affairs, hereby permit Nylex Corporation Limited, to conduct within New Zealand, subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule to this notice, a lottery promoted outside New Zealand as a sales promotion scheme to promote the sales of Nylex garden products.

Conditions

The permission given by this notice is subject to the following conditions, namely:

(1) Nylex Corporation Limited will not conduct the lottery within New Zealand after 1 January 1996.

(2) The results of the lottery will be published in the Sunday Star Times on 21 January 1996.

(3) New Zealand winners shall not be subject to any disadvantage as a result of winning a prize. All freight, customs, handling and delivery charges and any insurance costs to cover theft or damage to prizes coming from outside New Zealand will be met by Nylex Corporation Limited.
