Electricity Act 1992
Notice of Disciplinary Action Taken by the Electrical Workers Registration Board
The Registrar of the Electrical Workers Registration Board (the board), having been directed by the board, and in accordance with section 139 of the Electricity Act 1992, gives notice of the following registered electrical workers having been disciplined by the board under Part XI of the Electricity Act 1992, and of the effect of the decision or order of the board:
Neil Clark, of Christchurch, had his registration suspended for 3 months, taking effect on 1 March 1995.
Barry Owen Brown, of Wyndham, had his registration suspended for 3 months, taking effect on 1 March 1995.
Bruce John Batchelor, of Invercargill, was sent a letter of censure dated 16 March 1995.
John Conrad Jansen, of Christchurch, had his registration suspended for 3 months, taking effect on 5 April 1995.
Scott Richard Humphreys, of Wellington, was sent a letter of censure dated 1 May 1995.

Education Act 1989
Appointment of a Commissioner for Timaru Girls’ High School
Pursuant to section 109 (4) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby appoint Brian Petrie as Commissioner for Timaru Girls’ High School to act in place of the board.

Correspondence School Board of Trustees Notice 1995
Pursuant to sections 95 (1) and (2) of the Education Act 1989 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I publish the following notice.
Notice
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Correspondence School Board of Trustees Notice 1995.
(b) This notice shall take effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

The Correspondence School Board of Trustees shall be constituted as follows:
(a) The Principal of the Correspondence School;
(b) Six (6) parent representatives elected by parents of full-time students enrolled at the Correspondence School and attending no other school;
(c) Two (2) staff representatives elected by and from the staff of the Correspondence School;
(d) One (1) student representative elected by and from the full-time students enrolled in Form 4 and above at the Correspondence School;
(e) Five (5) co-opted members who will enable the board of trustees of the Correspondence School to reflect:
(i) the character of the school administered by the board of trustees as described in the approved charter of the Correspondence School; and
(ii) the need for the Board of the Correspondence School to have within its membership expertise and experience in management.

The Correspondence School Board of Trustees Notice 1992 published in the New Zealand Gazette of 13 August 1992, No. 127, page 2767, is hereby revoked.
