General Notices

In the matter of section 104EE of the Property Law Act
1952, and in the matter of memorandum of mortgage
No. B. 412971.3 (Wellington Registry) from Patrick
Maitland Thomas
and Patrick John Renshaw to The
Public Trustee
:

Notice is hereby given that on 7 June 1995, the Public
Trustee of New Zealand, being the mortgagee of the
following premises, entered into possession of the
following premises and will henceforth collect rent in
respect of those premises and exercise any power the
mortgagors might otherwise have had to manage those
premises:

(a) Description of the premises (being the mortgaged
property)
—Corner of Milne Street and 2–6 High
Street, Hunterville, comprising restaurant and motel
complex and a hairdressing salon.

The legal description whereof is as follows:

  1. 1624 square metres, more or less, situate in the
    Hunterville Town District, being Sections 6 and 326
    of the Hunterville Village Settlement being all the
    land contained or comprised in C.T. 528/109
    (Wellington Registry);

  2. 498 square metres, more or less, situate in the
    Provincial District of Wellington, being part of
    Section 237 on the plan of Hunterville Village
    Settlement being all the land contained or
    comprised in C.T. 59/190 (Wellington Registry).

(b) Full name and address of mortgagor who has
taken possession
—The Public Trustee of New
Zealand, Central Support Unit, corner of Margaret
Street and Dudley Streets (P.O. Box 30-743), Lower Hutt.

This notice is given by Gregory James Thomas, solicitor
for the mortgagee, whose address for service is at the
offices of Gibson Sheat, corner of Queens Drive and
Margaret Street, Lower Hutt.
