Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Riverslea Drain—Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of October 1994, published in New Zealand Gazette of the 13th day of October 1994, No. 105, page 3095, under the heading “Land Acquired for Riverslea Drain—Hawke’s Bay District” by deleting the amendment, dated 3 November 1994, No. 116, page 3448 and reinstating the Schedule in the original notice.

Amending a Notice Setting Land Apart for Exchange Purposes—Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of October 1994, published in New Zealand Gazette of the 13th day of October 1994, No. 105, page 3095, under the heading “Land Set Apart for Exchange Purposes—Hawke’s Bay District” by substituting the area of land referred to in the Schedule with the following:

“579 m² being part Lot 48, D.P. 752, Block IV, Te Mata Survey District; marked “A” on S.O. 10508, held in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier.”

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 forms part of the State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
