Road Stopped and Set Apart for Conservation Purposes in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948, and pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, further declares the said land to be set apart for conservation purposes subject to the Conservation Act 1987.

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

19.7900 hectares, adjoining and passing through Section 1, Block III, Harapiki Survey District, Sections 1 and 2, Block IV, Harapiki Survey District, part Section 2, Block I, Flora Survey District and North-West Nelson State Forest Park by Gazette notice, 1970, page 1596, State Forest by Gazette 1957, page 826; as shown marked “G” on S.O. Plan 15175, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Dated at Christchurch this 30th day of May 1995.
