Land at Two Chain Road, Rolleston Acquired for Justice Purposes and a Gravel Pit

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for justice purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a gravel pit and shall vest in The Selwyn District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
