Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Crown Land in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated 27 January 1986, declaring land to be Crown land, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 January 1986, No. 11 at page 303 by adding to the recital the following: and subject to a right of way over part appurtenant to another part of the said Section 10, Ohwiro District, created by Deed of Grant No. 89795 (155/57).

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for the purposes of buildings of the General Government and shall remain vested in the Crown.
